As an active person my entire life, I've tried it all. However as I came into perimenopause, I realized that what was working before was no longer producing results and I needed to change something. That in conjunction with becoming an empty nester, I decided to FULLY lock in my health and fitness through high protein, macros, walking and lifting heavy weights. The results have spoken for themselves. It's been amazing!
