Welcome to my classes! Each week  we do a full body workout focusing on specific muscle groups. Workouts vary between low-rep heavy lifts and high-rep volume lifts.

This is a great plan to do 2-3 times a week if that is what your schedule allows. I recommend either rest days or cardio days in between these workouts as you don’t want to do them back to back.

The muscle groups we work will switch up weekly.

3 Day Full Body Split

3 day FULL BODY Split!



Progressive Overload Strategy:

  • Week 1: Start with weights that challenge you but allow for proper form. Aim for the lower rep range (e.g., 8 reps if the range is 8-10).

  • Week 2: Increase the weight slightly, aiming to complete all sets within the rep range.

  • Week 3: Add either 2.5-5% more weight or an additional 1-2 reps per set.

  • Week 4: Push for maximum effort, either increasing weight again or maxing out the rep range.

Welcome to your 4 week program! We will be focusing on progressive overload to build that sexy sculpted physique!  This program is 5 days per week (3 lower and 2 upper) with an optional 6th upper body pump day. 



Cardio is walking with an extra step challenge! Goal is 12k per day!!! However if you are currently at 6k I want you to work your way up by adding 2k each day for one week at a time.

ABOUT ME

As an active person my entire life, I've tried it all. However as I came into perimenopause, I realized that what was working before was no longer producing results and I needed to change something. That in conjunction with becoming an empty nester, I decided to FULLY lock in my health and fitness through high protein, macros, walking and lifting heavy weights. The results have spoken for themselves. It's been amazing!
