In one year, the scales dropped 14 lb., but I gained so much confidence, strength, and knowledge. I was lifting 5 days a week, taking a spin class once a week, getting 15K steps, and tracking my food. I was doing all the things, but my mindset was not dialed in. After supper and meeting all my macros for the day, I would continue snacking to fill emotional cravings. Sometimes it was an extra 300–400 calories. Chocolate, cheese, and peanut butter were my vices. I would tell myself the lie that I deserved the “treat” because I worked so hard all day and these vices helped me feel better.


Eight months ago, I was introduced to Alicia Erickson and started working on mindset which has transformed me. I've learned that I cannot outwork a poor diet and the lies I was telling myself were not serving me.
